This place delivers, which is great. But this staff is SO unkind. I don't know how many times they have huffed at me for calling with basic questions about my prescriptions or straight up hung up on me after answering them. Flora made me cry during a time where I was deeply suicidal a few months ago. She didn't know about my situation-but that doesn't matter. She treats people with such a callous disdain that has no place in Healthcare. You do not need to know explicitly that someone is suicidal in order to give them any amount of respect or common decency. I've been using this pharmacy for a year and the treatment I get every month is the same. They are terrible at updating information that was provided months ago or at least they use the excuse that they "didn't know" about the change. They just continuously ship to the old address and call old phone numbers when the information change and instructions for the past 3 months was "pick up only". Then today I'm told by the woman at the counter that "I don't have to get mad" when we show up in person (on Friday) and this woman at the counter thought she could give me a hard time because it was shipped to the wrong address and she talked to the wrong person at said wrong address about getting this straightened out. This past Monday I called to request a refill and confirmed with them if the information changes were made from when I gave it to them months ago, and I told them "we will

This is a wonderful pharmacy with wonderful people. Amy and Flora have always been helpful, caring and expedient. When I was having a bad week after the death of my dog they offered resources to help. When I had questions concerning my medications Amy was able to provide knowledgeable answers quickly. I would suggest this place over other pharmacies if you want a personable experience.

I began using Genoa when I found out that they deliver. Not having a car or other transportation, their service is invaluable. Their prices are comparable to other pharmacies I’ve used and the staff are wonderful as are the volunteers who deliver my medications. I’m incredibly grateful to have found them!

The staff and pharmacist s are always so helpful and informative. I feel very confident within their knowledge and it's a joy working with them and there's rarely a wait!!!
