Genoa Healthcare

I was an employee of Lenape Valley Foundation and had been using Genoa Pharmacy since the y came to our facility. We were told they would match the lowest price we could find. For years they were doing that. Since they have this new pharmacist there have been problems. She insists their Optum card is the best price after I proved to her otherwise by giving prices from GoodRX. My first time transferring a script to another pharmacy, she transferred the wrong script. The pharmacist at the new pharmacy called to get the right script and the place was closed. She will contact them in the am. I believe this was done in spite. I DO NOT recommend the Genoa Pharmacy in LVF to ANYONE and will be filing a complaint w/ the Company

Great pharmacy in a pinch! My medication has been on backorder for over a month at my regular pharmacy and I'm almost out of it. Usually, I'll wait but I'm leaving the country for a trip in a few days and will be gone for a month. LUCKILY, they had the medication in stock, but their hours didn't work with the time I have to get into work and when I get out of work which is 30min away from their location. When I called them about how they open while I'm at work and would be closed by the time I arrived after work, they added me last minute to a driver's scheduled drop offs and I received the medication by dinner time! Medicine got lost in the mail. Only help they offered was a tracking number. I didn't have my medicine and started experiencing withdrawal symptoms. I only received help when I called CVS, my old pharmacy. I'm probably going to switch back to CVS.
