Dude, why did I not know about this pharmacy in Douglas? Since CVS closed down, no other Pharmacy (except Chircahua but I am NOT their patient) in town takes Tricare. They sure do! It is tucked away, but very prompt and polite service. They are my pharmacy from now on.

Fantastic service, each & every time.! We had become very spoiled w Genoa Healthcare's Chandler location in filling the many scripts for our medically-challenged family member before moving to Cochise County. One of the things we were concerned about when we moved was finding another pharmacy that would somehow come close to the Chandler Genoa customer service we had become accustomed to. To our surprise, there was a Genoa in Douglas. Even more to our surprise, the level of customer service was even better, if that was possible. As another reviewer mentioned, Michelle is absolutely outstanding - her level of care & patience is WAY above expectations.! Thank you, Genoa Douglas & Michelle.!

I have been using Genoa for 4 years now and I have been working with one person in particular for those 4 years. She is VERY helpful, willing, caring, patient, understanding, compassionate, ect ect. Her name rhymes with Michelle. She always has the answers I need. Thank you Genoa for keeping this lady around for so long and I hope when she moves on to something new for her self, make sure you have some one as wonderful as her, in which you already have a wonderful team she is part of.
