Katie and the other people that work there are the nicest people you would ever want to meet. They really care about everyone like l have never seen before. They are extremely busy waiting on everyone but it never stops them from having a kind word to say to me anytime l call. I wish everyone could be like these lovely girls they are really something special. I just wanted to say that Katie and the girls in the pharmacy still continue to be the best group of girls l have ever known in any pharmacy. I'm 65 years old and it's very rare to always know that even if l forget to call something in to be filled, they will remind me and l have never had that kind of service in my life. The staff at Genoa have ALWAYS been outstanding in my opinion. Enough so that even though I live in Sparta, I continue to use them. I read a couple of negative reviews and I would suggest that you give them another try ?

This is a great solution for people with a low income to get the help they truly need. They do evaluations and find you the perfect treatment plan tailored to you. They provide medical appointments, medication, and even solo or group therapy. There are so many people out there that don't realize that help is possible for little to no out of pocket cost depending on their situation.

I love this pharmacy! Friendly, helpful employees, fast service, always have my meds in stock. One time I had planned to pick my prescription up on a Friday. The day before they called me to let me know that they were gonna be closed (think it was when they were remodeling or maybe the holidays) and asked if I needed my meds so that I didn’t run out. They were about to close in 15 mins but I was 20 mins away. They actually waited for me to get there even after they had already locked the door and I got my meds. Im so thankful they did that because if I hadn’t had the medicine I would’ve been going thru withdrawals and that’s definitely not fun at all.
