They don't have business after 5p but will tow your vehicle if you use their spacious, empty lot after that time regardless. Fishy. I'll probably petition the city to get them to at least allow paid parking in the lot or something because it makes no sense for them to be jerks when no one is at the location but there's plenty of businesses nearby on High St that could use their lot. The rep who threatened my vehicle was not interested in hearing the lack of logic on their private lot policy. That kind of entitlement is antisocial imo, when parking on high st is a premium.

They have shipped to the wrong address 4 times in one year. And I had to go without my medicines. They aren't nice about it when I call the main line. The emergency department is very nice. I'm very upset.

Very professional. The staff is amazing, very helpful, kind, and caring, and also providing all the information on the medicine while having a smile on their face.

I've had nothing but problems with this pharmacy. I'm in a program that requires me to use Genoa so my meds can be bubble packed. Prescriptions have been called in and not filled. Medication is not in stock, has to be ordered. Common medications. The delay between me getting my medication, after the prescription is called in, is to long. There not open on weekends. Trust me when I say don't use them. Going back to CVS ASAP.

They are always friendly and good at getting things done and making sure that you have your medicine and that you don't run out
