My son takes a very special medication that can be difficult to obtain. At previous pharmacies, I often ran into problems with getting it filled: either they couldn’t get the medication in time, they wouldn't have the full amount to dispense, or they would change manufacturers, which caused complications for my child. Consistency is extremely important to me, and it was stressful never knowing whether his prescription would be available. Since switching to Genoa Pharmacy at the recommendation of a friend, my experience has been nothing short of wonderful. From day one, they have treated us like family. The pharmacy chain is good. This location has the worst delivery after using the same pharmacy in Detroit which was the best!! The poor delivery is making me want to use another place. Too bad, they don't seem to care their delivery affects the perception of the entire store and chain!

I love this pharmacy! They have been so helpful and patient during the process of my doctor getting my medication dose correct. The first time they did not have the mg I needed, I had to wait until the next day for delivery and it was delivered on time even with the roads flooded. The second time this happened I did have to wait over the weekend to get my prescription filled because they are not open on Saturday or Sunday. Even then, the pharmacist ordered that mg Friday afternoon and called me Monday to be sure I was going to be home for the delivery! They are very polite, helpful and in my experience the delivery is always on time and both drivers that have been to my home delivered to my door every single time. I will be having all of my prescriptions sent to Genoa healthcare. Thank you

This pharmacy was great about getting my meds to me on time, for 3 months, then the problems started, they need to order certain ones, when you know that you have a patient on certain meds, KEEP THEM STOCKED The pharmacist is nice, but she likes to place blame for things going wrong on everything else other the incompetency that runs that place. Don't believe the tag line " you don't have to worry about your refills, because we'll contact you". Not likely to happen, you will have to call for your refills, then pray that they have it. And don't get me started on their delivery My last straw with them was landing in the hospital almost dead because they couldn't be bothered to get my meds to me in a timely manner. A patient shouldn't have to almost die to give them a wake up call! Use this

After dealing with 2 terrible pharmacy’s to get my son’s meds filled, it was nice to have such a wonderful experience. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The medication was filled very quickly. I am actually driving almost an hour each month just because of the level of service.
