My medication has consistently been available at this pharmacy while it's been quite a bit more difficult to get elsewhere. However, it hasn't been ready for pickup most of the times when I've gone in to get it which is sorta not what I'd expect of a pharmacy, especially when they have usually receieved the renewal fax at least a week prior to me going in to pick it up. I've begrudgingly accepted at this point that I'll have to call ahead for it to be assembled each time I want to go pick it up and it usually takes anywhere from an hour or 2 to a day to be readied, which I don't quite understand aside from them probably just having a lot of other stuff going on between when I call and when they tell me to come get it. It been a hit or miss with this pharmacy. My biggest issue is the times they have posted on the door for when they open or close do not match the times online or when you call and get the recording. It says they are supposed to be open from 8:30am-5:30pm and closed for lunch 12-1. Unfortunately, they closed way before closing yesterday when I showed up to get my refill that was my dose for the day. I came at 4:55pm and they were already gone. Seems like alot of time people still had to pick up medication before closing. Today, I'm standing outside front door at 8:40am 10 minutes after they are supposed to open and its closed. I don't feel like it should be this hard. Be open when your supposed to or when you tell your community you will be. Some people depend on it.. or just be honest and

I am so very pleased with this pharmacy. The staff is friendly and professional. They generally care about the well being of their clients and are on top of making sure you get your refills. I would highly recommend Genoa to others.

They communicate well, the guy at the front knows me by name, no problems whatsoever.

Hands down the best pharmacy and sweetest people!
