Awful customer service 0 stars should be available for this place it doesn't deserve 1 star!!! This pharmacy used to be amazing until this current staff took over. On positive note If you want unprofessional, rude, DISRESPECTFUL, guarantee something will be wrong, treated like an inconvenience while clerk is having conversations on ear buds/pods your information being heard by third party, and ignored this is your place for sure! If you aren't looking for those qualities in a pharmacy go elsewhere!

The whole staff had changed, and I've been using Genoa for years...it has declined tremendously. There is always something wrong with filling or renewing prescriptions every single time. The staff seem apathetic and unconcerned. They also seem not to know what and how their system works, and definitely seems like they were thrown in with no training. I have left that pharmacy as the caring and conscientious care has been stripped and replaced with a cold disdain.

Darrel,and everyone here are the best.They get lots of business from gateway patients.They are polite and courteous with there patients.
