I'm in the process of transferring a prescription to Genoa HC Beaverton because CVS has been out of stock multiple times for different prescriptions I've needed, and this time I'm leaving town and need it asap. From the first phone call, which they answered immediately without a phone tree or AI guessing game, they have been lovely, kind, caring, and actually make sure I have the information I need to make the transfer happen smoothly. Jennifer was very helpful. Looking forward to using them for all my prescriptions.

I have been using Genoa for five years. So much easier than getting individual orders at a busy retail pharmacy. When I have had questions, or other issues, they resolve quickly.

I don’t post many reviews, but Genoa has been so amazing and helpful that I felt compelled to! Everyone on their staff has gone above and beyond with every interaction I have with them. They have so many ways to help you get your prescriptions with as little hassle possible, and actively work to get you setup with these services — very unlike the major pharmacies we all know that can’t even keep up with phone calls! Which, speaking of phone calls, they always pick up right away and resolve my issues! Can’t say enough good about this team. They’ve made one of the huge headaches my adhd brain can barely handle into something easy.

Leah is the best pharmacist in the world! She is attentive, informed, and caring. She makes getting medicine not a hassle and goes above and beyond compared to other pharmacies I’ve used in the past I won’t mention the grocery stores they were in.
