I changed my address and they still shipped to wrong address. Then after someone accidentally sent them back, I changed my status to pickup. And they shipped my meds out anyways. Most of the staff have been rude to me in the past, or not very friendly.. I have been out of my meds for over a week now. I'm about to switch pharmacies.

Absolutely the worst. Mistake after mistake, causing incident reports because they seem to be incompetent. Bubble packs fall apart, missing medications, false pick up phone calls......and so rude and dismissive like they don't care they are creating chaos by being sub professional

I just filed a consumer complaint with State of AK. This place is negligent. Rude, discourteous and not even good at what they claim to do....Always so busy, and always so wrong

Worse Pharmacy around don’t know what they’re doing

They gave me wrong subscription, then only a bottle at time, I had to beg for rest and still go shorted. And they did not know my script, really weird.
