New year resolution was to write good reviews for the people that are nice. I get so irritated with customer service these days so it’s almost shocking when I encounter someone who is nice with a great attitude . These 3 in the pharmacy, the 2 girls and the guy are always super friendly with me. If you are rude to them what would make you feel like they are going to not be rude back to you? Some of you people leaving negative reviews I’m sure are always in the same predicament. Just be nice and friendly it’s absolutely free to be kind to one another . I really appreciate having to go in there once a month to pick up my prescription and it being a pleasant experience every time. Alright my novel is complete 💪

Super friendly and helpful staff. Always treated well and they give away little snacks, too. My preferred pharmacy.

This pharmacy is the mostest bestest ever!! You won't wait in your car for 45 minutes. There is no robot lady telling you your scripts are ret only to go in and find out they're not! Genoa has real humans! Who are super helpful! OK, so they are NOT open 24 hours, and they are closed on weekends. Plan accordingly because it is worth being treated like a valued customer, being treated like a human by other valuable and valued humans.

Totally unhelpful totally useless staff. “daniel” would not help me as a patient for “several weeks” because he is so overworked.

Staff is so friendly and caring
