They cannot get on top of refills. Repeatedly lie about delivery rather than being honest and setting proper expectations. I’m without meds sufffering month after month hoping with time they get it together. But it just gets worse.

So far, this is the only good pharmacy I have ever dealt with, especially in the valley. After years of fighting with Walgreens, I transferred all my business here. I cannot be more eased. Except for when the Post Office is slow, everything else is 100% here. Kim is top notch! She is on top of my refills even before I am most times. I will stay with them even in another state as long as Kim is in charge and things keep going well!

I've been with Safeway pharmacy, Walgreens, & City Market would not take me as a client.. with that being said.. I finally found Genoa pharmacy it has been an absolute blessing!! The best customer service, very personableness, knowledgeable, fast service!! I do not waiting on my meds or ever run out!! I could ask for a better pharmacy!! I totally recommend Genoa Kim & Connie are the best in the SLV

It takes them forever to drop off meds to ATC nowadays even though it's less than a mile away I have been waiting for 3 days already and honestly it's absolutely ridiculous

Kim and Connie are so pleasant. They helped my family when we were passing through. Very friendly and excellent customer service
