Geneva Woods Infusion Pharmacy

My experience with Geneva Woods Infusion after my shoulder surgery was nothing less than AMAZING! The nurses were great, and available to talk any time I had a question. The therapy worked. If I could give 6 stars I would! Awesome

Without going into too much detail, I was really pleased to learn Alaska had such a fantastic infusion pharmacy, more of a clinic I think. They provide treatments in the clinic or at home. And the infusion clinic is so much nicer that what you'd expect, nice comfy chairs, privacy, TV.... pretty awesome. People are great. All the latest and greatest IV therapies and infusion treatments.

Their billing process is AWFUL-they didn't send me my FIRST statement until FOUR months postop. And on that FIRST statement they added a $15 late fee and showed my account was past due. In addition to the late fee, my statement also stated that if I didn't respond to their letter within 10 days, I would go do collections. When I called their office to ask about my bill, I was told that my address was "kicked back out of the system as a bad address," even though the address that Erin read from the statement was my true and correct address. Erin then stated that I should have received an EOB from my insurance that showed my outstanding balance. I told her I did but also reminded her that it is her company's responsibility to bill me for the outstanding amount so that I can make payment arr

I am very impressed with the professional and friendly assistance the nurse provided for my wife. They were able to send someone to our home who took all necessary precautions during this trying time. Thank you so much Geneva Woods!
