Dr. O’Brien and Dawn were both very helpful and friendly. Very happy we found them. They were also very friendly and helpful with my son whose has autism when getting his exam.

I just a wonderful experience at Geneva Optical! I have recently switched jobs and have different insurance and needed to find an in-network provider. I was originally disappointed that the optical provider I have been using for the last several years, didn’t take my new insurance but now I am glad that I was strong armed into switching! Dr. O'Brien, Dawn and Stacy were all great and made the experience super comfortable and enjoyable. Dawn especially was so much fun! That girl could sell ice to an Eskimo! And let me tell you, they absolutely know what they’re doing and were extremely thorough through and through. Thanks guys! Can’t wait to get my new specs!

Dawn that runs the office is so friendly and very knowledgeable when it comes to the insurance and explaining everything. Dr Cozzi was thorough, and educated me through my exam. This whole experience was so much better than my past experience with one of the big chains for eye care. Definitely recommend Geneva optical.

I have been following Dawn since meeting her at another optical business in Mentor. Besides just being an overall amazing human being, she understands glasses and always seems to know just what pair will look best. When I go in for adjustments I don't even need to tell her what is wrong, she just knows. I highly recommend going whereever Dawn is for your optical needs!

I went to Geneva Optical because of their rating. After I went there I can see why they have a 5.0. My glasses are amazing. The Staff was great in helping me with picking the options that I had to choose from. I would recommend Geneva Optical anytime.
