I'm so happy to be a part of this Medical Group. Dr David Ellent and his entire staff are top notch! He and his associates can help with just about any medical problem you may be experiencing and he has several convenient locations. I see Breanne Marfisi and Jessica Arteaga at the Tomball location. They know me by name and both of them make it so easy to discuss any problems I may be experiencing, I'm never hurried out. 5 Stars well deserved!

Ever since Dr. Heather McCrackin left we’ve had nothing but problems here. There is absolutely NO communication with the staff. They’re quick to send you straight to voicemail and not return your calls. NO help with insurance and they avoid talking with the insurance to straighten things out. They sent my insurance rep straight to voicemail instead of speaking with him to correct the issue of a referral. My husband was in ICU with a broken neck and fractured ribs, knee, finger and a gash in his head. We went to them for the follow up to get referrals to our neurosurgeon, who is indeed in our insurance network, to an orthopedic surgeon and a pain management specialist. Dr Bryant-Springer is a breath of fresh air for me in the medical profession. While showing care and concern, she also shared information that my dermatologist just didn’t share and now I am at ease. I have full confidence in Dr Bryant-Springer.

Came to be seen during after care hours due to ann accident and the worker walked in the back and came back a few moments later stating the provider left. I arrived at 7:25 and again she states the doctor is gone but they are open until 8pm. All while they continued to operate as open with all lights on. To deny a person care and that is your sole purpose as an organization is diabolical. Also all workers cars are in the parking lot. When I leave the emergency room I will be filing a formal complaint with their Human Resources.
