Ever since Dr. Sanjay took over this establishment, everything has gone downhill. This has been one of the most unprofessional doctor’s offices I’ve ever dealt with. The front desk staff is consistently rude and dismissive, acting like answering basic questions is an inconvenience. The medical assistant is just as unprofessional — she was literally on FaceTime while speaking to me and taking my vitals. That is a complete violation of HIPAA and absolutely unacceptable in any medical setting. They also schedule telehealth appointments, never call for the actual visit, and still bill insurance as if the appointment happened. My boyfriend ran out of suboxone and they won’t call back or issue a refill leaving him to suffer and basically want what he was off of for 10 years. They don’t care.

Office and Office managers are very rude!! Would not refer this place!!! Tammy manager rude her mouth is disgusting not professional!!
