First let me say that everyone was very nice and professional. However, when I went in I felt like I was being sold a new car. Let me clarify: 1) I was never x-rayed before we started nor post treatment. 2) NO insurance is accepted period! 3) I was presented with a financial sheet of what insurance recommends they should charge even though they don’t accept insurance (which was well over 7K) then there was a cash price of over 4K and a care credit price of over 5K. 4) I felt railroaded into making this huge financial decision with no other payment options except payment in full for the 24 treatments at 2 treatments a week. I didn’t do my last two treatments because I was so frustrated with the turnover of personnel. Besides the Doctor the only other person that did not change was Avery

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Spinal decompression is great, but I went to your clinic, and the way it was done was completely incorrect, and made things so much worse. I left your clinic in much more pain than I came in with and things have gotten much worse since my appointment with you. I brought my mom with me, and you wouldn’t even touch her without an xray, which you wanted her to go across the street and pay crazy amounts for an xray. And you don’t let clients pay per appointment, you recommend everyone to the same amount of sessions. You want the amount for allll the session up front, and you don’t bill insurance. I will steer anyone very far away from your clinic.

It works! I had a 6.1 mm bulging disc that was very painful! I tried a different chiropractor out, to see if adjusting it would help, but it didn't. I started seeing a surgeon on regular basis. Decompression therapy saved my sanity! As a nurse with chronic back pain for 10+ years I was waking up in pain and going to bed in pain. It never went away! The severe pain would go from my lower back all the way down my legs. After therapy I now wake up and the pain isn’t there! This was a great alternative to pain medication and surgery. Highly recommend!
