Genesis Back & Neck | Fort Worth

Genesis has given me my life back! I was told by 3 different doctors that surgery was my only option. Then I found Genesis, and decided to try it out. I will never regret that choice! Sam has become someone I look forward to seeing every week just for a friendly smile, and the whole team here cares. Thank you Sam and the Genesis team for giving a life without back pain again.

I am beyond thankful with the care and attention from all the staff at the Fort Worth location. Dr. Smith was very honest, and I was fully aware that my particular issues will not be completely reversed, but once he gave me some of their historical data thus far, I decided to give it a try. From the receptionist, Riane (sp?) to the technician Sam, I have been very thankful for their bright smiles and thoughtfulness to me every time I walk through the door. As for the results, I’m halfway through my 24 sessions and will update this review later. Will be very excited once I get my next CT to see if there’s changes to my herniated disc plus 2 budging discs from the last 20 years from my work accident.

My pain has significantly decreased since I started using decompression therapy! The doctor explained the whole process, identified my problem areas, compared my mri results with other normal results and gave me an estimate on how long the process would take. He has excellent office staff who are so friendly and accommodating! They’re always flexible and willing to answer any questions. Sam and Ryan are the sweetest ladies you’ll ever meet!

Unfortunately this was my first stop in addressing some severe neck/back pain. The doctor hardly assessed my injury before putting me on this machine for 10 minutes (only asked a few verbal questions, did not touch or feel my spine/back). I think it’s actually dangerous that they would do that with such brief context of the pain I was experiencing. The treatment itself wasn’t painful and the staff is very kind. After your treatment they tell you it’s about $3500 to come back for 12 sessions and sent me out with an ice pack. The following days were met with worsened pain and feeling like I lost any progress I had previously made. I think this could be a better second stop after completing appropriate imaging consultation to isolate the actual issue at hand before jumping on the machine.

My Genesis experience has been so wonderful. The staff are very kind , caring and genuine people. In fact they are very special to me. I’ve had neck decompression at other offices however, the equipment here is state of the art and I have found it to have a significant impact on me in that I am getting better ! Don’t waste your time at other offices who don’t offer you the care and state of the Art equipment .🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
