I have been dealing with sciatic issues since covid era. I got cortisone shots it helped on my left side. Fast forward june/july of 2025 I started having sciatica issues on my right side, went for 2 rounds of cortisone shots, neither worked. I was scheduled for surgery end of dec of 2025. Well 2wks I to November I asked the spine dr if I can try decompression therapy she said sure. Well I did the quick trial and I felt instant relief. I then decided to sign up for the full 12 weeks. I am so thankful I did. I got to cancel surgery that was the biggest thing. I would do this in a heartbeat again if I needed to, which im hoping I dont need to. Thanks so much to everyone at genesis neck and back you guys have been awesome.

I was disappointed to see this company relying heavily on AI-generated advertising rather than collaborating with real people or supporting the many talented local artists in our community. Supporting local creatives helps strengthen small businesses and keeps investment within the community. The current animations feel off-putting and unpolished, which detracts from the overall message. I hope they consider working with local artists in the future — or at the very least revising the ads to better reflect the quality and professionalism their customers expect. Please don't support AI, do better for your community of creatives...

My husband’s pain level has gone from a 7-8 to a 1-2. I really wasn’t sure what more we could try. The folks at Genesis were professional, easy to talk to and understand. They answered our questions. We learned more about ruptured discs than we have ever heard. We were able to see photos of what a normal disc should look like and it works. My husband is a hard person to sell on something new, so, when he agreed to try Genesis I was relieved. I can see by the look in his eyes, his face, his demeanor that he feels so much better.
