Extremely unprofessional and misleading business practices deeply regret signing up with Genesis Back & Neck. They pressure you aggressively into buying expensive memberships or even taking out a loan to pay for all visits upfront. They promise you can “cancel anytime” and that you’ll get a refund for the unused sessions, but that’s not what happens. When I tried to cancel, they started taking large amounts out for “taxes” and claimed the refund would take up to 14 business days to review and another 14 days to process, which is completely unreasonable. The sessions themselves are extremely short — barely 15 minutes long — and cost around $169 each, which is outrageous for what you actually receive. This place is amazing. The Doc and the staff are fantastic. The treatments work tremendously well, I was someone who had been dealing with back and disc issues for 15+ years and just thought it was something I was going to have to live with for the rest of my life.
