Generations Dental Care

Generations is the reason my children will grow up loving the dentist. They were so kind, gentle and made their first experience fun and exciting, and so happy to have found a dentistry office for life! I started going there myself, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The office is very nice, clean and I am impressed by the state of the art equipment - including the massaging chairs! I highly recommend.

I have disabled child due to a stroke. This dental office has the most amazing staff and dentist. After I view my daughter's medical history and delays they were extremely patient and understanding with her. They took the exam extremely slow and answered the few questions she had. In addition to this when the dentist came in she was extremely understanding with my daughter and was very willing to take extra time to go over the dental plan with me. I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone, the staff goes above and beyond to make every single person that walks in the door feel heard and valued.

My wife had a dental emergency, and after unsuccessfully trying to get her an appointment in our area (Sullivan county), and being told by several dentists' offices that they weren't accepting new patients even for emergencies, we found Generations Dental Care online and called them. They got us in the very next day! Dr. Anderson was great, explained our treatment options clearly, was very personable and treated us with utmost respect, and performed the procedure very quickly and masterfully, and with no pain. The dental assistant and the entire staff were very attentive, welcoming and friendly, the facility was clean and beautiful, and the whole operation from start to finish was run flawlessly. I used to hate going to the dentist and dread every appointment but about 2 years ago I switched to Generations Dental and it was amazing. The staff were the kindest people you could imagine and they really care about how comfortable you are and I have haven't been in pain once during an appointment since switching. I can say it was one of the best decisions I've ever made in my life, going to the dentist doesn't have to be terrible trust me, and they offer a range of options I've never scene so there's ways of fixing your teeth you didn't even think we're possible. You won't regret trying them.

I’m 54 years old. Have had a LOT of dentist offices in my life. However, none that I have wanted to leave a 5 star review for. Best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist. I made an appointment because I was having tooth pain. (I’m a first time patient). From the beginning of my appointment with the front end staff, to the Assistants, to Dr. Anderson. Everything was fantastic. Very, very, very thorough. Super professional, understanding, empathetic, friendly, just a joy to be around. AND I had a very stubborn tooth extracted, and Dr. Anderson was perfect! 👌 If I could give this place 10 stars I would. -Erick T.
