You get passed around at General Physicians like a piece of meat. I followed my Doctor to this location, but I am constantly put with other Doctors or cancelled/rescheduled with a PA or NP. Lastly, they call you back end of day Friday (4:15) and if you miss the call (due to work) then you cant even call back until the weekend is over. Just seems like you're bothering them if you need something. I am contemplating changing Doctors due to the drive no longer being worth it to see some random Doc that has no idea of what is going on with me.
Beautiful new facility. My primary doctor moved here and I'm very pleased he did. Features a streamlined check-in process using a emailed bar code, much faster. Scan the code and wait to be called.
Has not been the same since potempa left the practice.
