Let me start by stating I have been practicing dentistry for close to 20 years and have bought over $ 75,000 worth of equipment from this company in that time frame. They have always been reliable in the past BUT something has dramatically changed lately. I sent them a $9,000 oral camera system for simple software update. I sent it certified USPS with insurance on the package. That was a month ago. Since then no one at the company can seem to find my camera. They told me the post office must have lost it. This place has the worst customer service on the planet. My office has purchased well over $100,000 worth of their products over the last several years. I was told about a program that allows you to send in a piece of hardware and Gendex will update the firmware for free. I called, gave them our information, got a reference number and an address to send the package. Two weeks later I called to check the status of the update. I gave them the reference number, they looked it up and told me that there is no information in the computer for that reference number. Can they search by name? No. Can they search by part?
