I have been working with Tuere, Dr.Jey's assistant with all paperwork. She had made this whole process very easy and stress-free. It is overwhelming with clearances and authorizations etc to have a surgery. I can not speak highly enough about Dr.Jey and his staff. Dr.Jey did my surgery and it went better than I imagined. I felt a difference within a few days. I am still recovering but I am thrilled with my progress already. I would highly recommend Dr.Jey and Tuere. You feel like they care and want to get you better. I didn't feel like a number. Which to me means everything.
My experience with Dr. J was phenomenal both pre and post op, and during my spinal surgery- he and his entire team made sure I had what I needed for recovery and that I was well cared for during this scary time.
