Gem State Radiology

I was referred by saint alphonsus medical group. It was late in day on Friday and what they said might take 45 min to get good X-rays from my ct scan. Only took 10minutes. Problem is non of pictures should anything useful. Then they destroy my credit over $92 and are proud of their collection agency. Well st Ale’s should select there vendors better. Because I will not pay them until my credit gets repairs so I can refinance 1 of my houses. Poor talent, poor service, poor business practices. I would definitely avoid this company. Sincerely 20 year business owner

I never received a bill from them and was sent to collections and have been giving me the run around I lost 62 points off my credit score even though I had medical coverage the whole year and they billed me incorrectly they should be ashamed and have a new system in place I have been trying to fix my credit since ! They do more damage then good !

Sent me to collections when they never sent a bill to my address. They had an address listed that was over 5 years old.. But they could have called me, and they didn't. When I called and told them I never recieved this bill, they said my explanation of benefits would have showed it and yet I checked my explanation of benefits and NOTHING IS THERE FROM GEM STATE RADIOLOGY. hoping they fix this error though since I paid the bill so this shouldn't be affecting my credit in any way. We shall see.. Definitely sketchy though and will avoid at all cost in the future.

Avoid like the plague! Reports $30 bill to credit agency with no communication. Too many better medical services out there to get stuck with these guys.

Their billing practice seems a little shadey. They like to double bill and they do not like to refund what they owe a patient.
