The office staff is very friendly, efficient, and accommodating. I called to change my appointment to a date only 2 days away and the staff was able to work me into the schedule. It couldn’t have been easy, but they were vert kind and understanding. Alice Jessup was amazing, too, giving me a thorough examination and finding a couple of issues with the skin on my face that dermatologists had been missing for years!

Everyone is kind and organized. The front desk people had my paperwork all ready and were smiling. The MA Natalie was friendly and had my records right! Jaclyn is always helpful, kind and efficient. The billing/checkout lady was helpful! A great experience. Every time.

I never thought I’d be leaving a glowing review about a billing department, yet here we are. Caitlin is an absolute gem. She is FABULOUS. She is patient, kind, and somehow makes medical billing (which is usually scarier than the diagnosis) feel easy and painless. She returned my calls promptly, explained everything clearly, and treated me like a friend, not just another patient or account number. In my 68 years of life, this is hands-down the best billing experience I have ever had, and I never thought I’d say that sentence out loud. If every billing department had a Caitlin, there would be a lot fewer headaches in the world. Five well-earned stars.

John has been a patient, dealing pre-cancer and skin cancer issues, for years. Dr. Mings and staff have treated him with professional, caring expertise and followup, as needed. Issues are clearly explained, questions answered and availability for any related issues is outstanding. The office staff are caring, communicative and professional. The entire staff provides a comfortable, professional experience, treating us a valued patient. I chose to change to Gem State Dermatology for these reasons, even though it requires a greater travel distance. They are totally worth it!

PA Alice Jessup is thorough and knowledgeable. She has helped with my son’s skin issue, showing positive results. The friendliness of the staff along with the no long waits make the experience of coming to this clinic pleasurable.
