I visited the clinic today at 5:46 p.m. The hours posted online and on the dootate they close at 6pm. However, the doors were locked and the lights were off. There was no sign or prior notice about an early closure. Although I can see the employees sitting in the parking lot I've been here for about 10 minutes now it's 5:57 they must be waiting to remotely log off or end their day but no one has yet to ask me if I need anything and the doors to the office and clinic remain closed. This resulted in a wasted trip and prevented me from receiving the care I needed. It was a significant inconvenience, and I urge the clinic to maintain accurate hours of operation or post clear, timely notices for any changes to their schedule. Consistency in hours is crucial for patients relying on their service

I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. Dr.Devin Smith insulted me twice in the five minutes that he was in the room with me. He is the rudest person I have ever met. I had to walk out of the clinic so I didn't start crying in the room. I went there to get my mouth treated for an injury and instead he was focused on the condition of my teeth. When I told him that I had a burning sensation in my around my lips and corner of my mouth, that it felt like it was on fire, he informed me that I could not be correct because he wasn't seeing flames shooting out of my mouth. I left there untreated and later got a text from my pharmacy letting me know my amoxicillin and dental rinse was ready for my infected tooth even though that is not what I went there to be treated for

Showed up at 545pm and door already locked. Hours posted are 6pm and site states they accept walk-ins until closing time which is 6pm. Don’t recommend these people at all

First experience was very positive. Dr Devin C and the staff were all really helpful and kind. I left feeling lucky to have found such a great place near my home ! Several days later, a second contact with other staff had a lot of room for improvement. Crystal - the Patient Care Liaison - worked closely with me to find resolutions and get positive results. Thank you Crystal and Dr. Devin C, I really appreciate you both. You are the faces of how quality healthcare should be rendered !!!

I wish I could make this place my primary care provider. They obviously have much more availability than my primary has. There are two very young Doctors there who are so amazing and compassionate and the nurses are also very sweet and caring as well. I'm happy we have them here available for us when we need them.
