Geisinger ConvenientCare Montage

Not really a fan of this one. I will say every time I went it was dead and they get you back quicker than others but I came in very sick with extreme left face and jaw pain. The doctor didn't really seem to care and told me to try taking something over the counter. I told her I have sinus issues and get sinusitis alot and I know the pain and it was bad, so I felt it was a bad sinusitis infection again. Not to mention, I could not breathe and was blowing out thick yellow. She wouldn't do anything. I ended up coming back a week later and was even sicker with the same extreme pain that I literally could not take anymore and saw the same person. She finally said I guess I'll prescribe you amoxicillin. At this point I was so sick and the pain was so bad I couldn't take it anymore. I felt like s

DO NOT GO HERE! My wife went here twice while being incredibly sick. First time they barely looked at her and prescribed meds and after her sickness became worse about 5 days later, she went back and asked for tests just to be told (oh, it's viral, the meds won't work, just let it run its course). Once again without even running any tests... My wife has had to use her inhaler more the past few days then ever before. This place is an absolute joke and the doctor doesn't care at all about who they are treating. Once again AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Doctor is very rude and doesn't seem to care at all when it comes to diagnosis. Visited multiple times for same sickness and told different things with ZERO tests done. Save yourself the hassle and possibly your health and go somewhere else..

I went to this clinic today and they are wonderful… from the reception desk to the physician assistant, Courtney! I needed to be seen today because of ear problems, didn’t have time to wait for an appointment with my primary doctor! I was very happy with my care! I highly recommend this place!

Great doctors however being as sick as I was, walking into urgent care waiting room to nobody at the desk for over 10 minutes, then being met by the absolutely most ignorant geriatric looking desk guy with the worst nasty sassy attitude ever was the worst of my experience. Acting aggregated because I used the rest room while I waited for him to reappear out of thin air, Before I ever said a word I walk in the room he slams down a paper in my face with my balance on it, I explain I just switched insurances I’m waiting for my insurance card… he wasn’t having it or accepting it. Telling me I’m wrong for that I shouldnt be there , he can get fired & written up for letting me seek medical attention??? And sooo much more. Like what?
