Geisinger ConvenientCare Berwick

Absolute worst Convenient Care location. Arrived when they opened at 8 with 1 person in front of me. 50 minutes later I heard her enter the room next to me to see the 1st patient. You will always wait an hour at the minimum to be seen here... not very urgent. Unfortunately, this is the only option in Berwick. If you have a severe issue, save yourself the time and go to Convenient Care Plus at the Bloomsburg Hospital. They are more efficient and much more knowledgeable.

3 hours to be seen for a physical when you get here at 9am when they open. The door also was locked with people inside so someone had to come open the door for us. We weren’t the only ones during that 3 hours to have this issue. Next time I’ll go to a non geisinger facility. Told it would not be a long wait time but last time I checked, 3 hours is a long time. Do not believe the graph on here that says “usually not busy” - they seem to have maybe one doctor so that not busy will be making you wait 3 hours.

Absolute horrendous customer service here. Do not recommend coming here because they dismiss your pain and issues. Even if you tell them what hurts and they know what the issue is and ask if what they are doing hurts when it clearly hurts. Had to wait a long time as well to be seen to be told what you already know. Barely checked you out before prescribing you with something too. Terrible if I could I would rate them a 0 out of 5 I would. Seriously do not waste your time there.

Been waiting almost an hour and we were one of the first people here when they opened! There was only an 8 year old kid in front of us, I guess they're performing major cardiac surgery on him? Can't understand what the heck is going on that it takes this long to address someone's health issues and I'm a nurse! Everytime I come here we sit forever, even with an appointment, yeah don't bother with the appointment, they'll still make you wait
