I had a great experience. My nurse Alexa and doctor perry were great with service and very comforting to talk to.

Very nice staff. They wasted no time moving me along for heart and breathing issues. They were kind and courteous. I have T1 diabetes and hadn't eaten in hours. The 1 nurse found me a meal that was restricted like my diet. I would certainly recommend this place.

I was sent to the ER by my surgeon because of my fluid, it has already been over 4 hours and I have still yet to be seen. I'm in so much pain and it feels like a weight is on my chest. I always have issues with these emergency rooms and if I have to die at home or suffer I choose that over any of your emergency rooms. The level of concern here is disgusting and it is making me want to seek out help from another hospital who would never treat their patients. I have been ignored for over two weeks while I suffered and I am completely dissatisfied. Not to mention all their doctors are telling me different things. They referred me to Temple in Philadelphia to see if I could finally get some answers and a simple prior authorization wasn't done so I could go out of network. This is been a nonsto

We were given incorrect information, they had us fill out the wrong paperwork and had to xray my kid twice due to ineptitude. Nursing staff and medical assistants were lovely, but they can only do so much if the info is incorrect. Avoid this mess if you can.

They sent my 87 year old Grandmother home to die. We drove an hour to go to the emergency room because she was weak and seemed to be getting very dehydrated. They made us sit for almost 9 hours in the emergency waiting room her in a wheel chair wrapped in a sheet and passing out. They ran tests during that time but just kept bringing her back to the waiting room. I told them she was passing out they said it was because she was exhausted from waiting so long and apologized had been telling us for hours that she was next to recieve a bed. When we finally did get her a bed it was in the hallway by the elevator but at least she was finally able to lay down. We explained she had fallen the night before while my husband and I were out and how over the past two weeks she kept getting more and mor
