Beth is so easy to work with and communicative! I decided to get a cupping massage, and had never had one. She answered all of my questions, completely put me at ease and talked me through the process during the massage. It made a significant difference for my frozen shoulder! I’ll absolutely be back!!

I saw Beth for a relaxing massage, as I have been under great stress and struggling with grief from the passing of my father. I booked a 45-minute focused massage, asking her to work on my back, shoulders, and neck. She used long slow stokes with firm pressure, facilitating relaxation. She checked with me to make sure the pressure was correct, making sure I received what I wanted. She provided not only what I wanted and needed, but more. I left much more relaxed, and not just my muscles. I felt my depression and grief had lifted some, sort of like I had received a massage to my soul. I don't give massage praise easily, as I am a former massage therapist myself. I know that being able to work on muscles is one thing, but being able to provide a service that heals on a deeper level
