Don’t waste your time or money coming to this place. I went as a new patient for a dental checkup and cleaning. I had to wait two hours, and when the dentist finally saw me, she didn’t even do a proper cleaning. It didn’t last even ten minutes; she did it as if she just wanted to get rid of me. She didn’t even evaluate my teeth and said everything was fine. So frustrating… don’t come to this place. This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

Im very disappointed with this dental office . I scheduled an appointment for my two children over a month ago. Today was the day of the appointment, so i didnt send my son to school and i also took the day off from work specifically for this visit. Then, just one hour before the appointment they called to cancel . This is extremely unprofessional and shows a total lack of respect for other people’s time . Their last minute cancellation caused unnecessary inconvenience and frustration for my family . I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE

I attempted to schedule an appointment over the phone. The receptionist placed me on hold intentionally to avoid taking the call because I called 15 minutes before close. If you don't want to answer the phone or do your job that late in the day, then just turn the phones off an hour beforehand. She was also incredibly rude about it as well.

Don’t even give a grace period for your appointments and will keep rescheduling you doesn’t matter what your problem is or how long your tooth has been broken. Front desk is not accommodating, there should be some level of flexibility if you’re running a little late. Absolutely ridiculous.

This is a recent event that happened in this place. I took my grandmother here because she has been having pain in her teeth. When we brought her here, the dentist brushed her teeth and said “All her teeth are perfect and she doesn’t have any cavities”. My grandmother continued to have pain so we took her to another dentist somewhere else. The new dentist said she had a lot of cavities and actually fixed the issue. I am never going back to G&D Dental Care again.
