Gauld Foot and Ankle Buckhead

This was my FIRST appointment and my experience was PHENOMENAL! Just a quick back story about why I came here. I've been dealing with severe foot pain for five years. My initial diagnosis was being flat footed. I was recommended to get orthotics. It helped but not that much because I was still experiencing pain. Fast forward to now where the pain went from manageable to unbearable which led me here. Went to ZocDoc and searched for a podiatrist and read reviews for this practice which were all great and made my decision easy. Honestly, I was shocked! I made an appointment and saw Dr Kim for pain in my big toe. I was worried about possible fungus due to the nail having been cut wrong or too short at a pedicure appointment. Dr Kim did not see any evidence of fungus and then proceeded to clip the nail in question. She didn’t bother to apply any type of solution to soften the nail. In the past at other podiatrist visits for painful ingrown nails the Dr always applied a soaking solution to soften the nail and something to prevent infection. I did not receive anything other than one fast clip. I just got the bill. $620

I had experienced 10 days of very bad pain from walking in hiking boots with an ingrown toenail - small problem with a big impact. Dr. Blumstock removed the excess nail and root of the problem and healing has begun. Her explanations and technique were outstanding, the office staff were very friendly and efficient.

Everyone was so nice, very professional, and I have to be honest, it was the fastest I’ve ever been in and out of a doctors office. They have a good system of not making you wait. Great job everyone.
