Direct, highly competent and very skilled. Exactly what I was looking for! Plus, Dr. Gaughf listened carefully to what I had to say and was both respectful and kind. A pretty great combination.

I had a disappointing experience at this dermatology clinic. I visited three times for a skin condition, but the prescribed topical treatments did not help and actually made my condition worse. I did not receive a clear diagnosis or treatment plan. I also missed one appointment and was charged a $50 no-show fee. Despite contacting the clinic and requesting a waiver since it was my first missed appointment, I was told I still had to pay. Based on my overall experience with both care and billing communication, I would recommend seeking a second opinion.

Had a great experience. Got a mole on my back removed and both staff and Dr. Quarterman were very respectful and forthcoming about pricing and procedure, as I was a self pay client. Procedure to get my mole removed was done same day, I was in and out within an hour, very cost effective Great experience, would definitely recommend to others!

I would not recommend this physician for dermatology. My 17 year old son saw Dr. Gaughf over a month ago, was given a prescription, and apparently did not complete their electronic entry on the back end. We have been calling for weeks to get the office staff to follow-up so my son can get his medicine. The staff doesn't return calls or follow up with pharmacy requests. And we paid cash to see this provider 😡
