Gateway Urgent Care - Power Ranch

I was so stressed. My 16 month old was up all night, congested, coughing, and screaming in pain. I made an appointment for the new Power Ranch location and got him in within 20 minutes. The building was SO nice and prestine. The staff were absolutely amazing!!! So welcoming. So helpful with my little sick toddler. They were so sweet to him, playful, and informative. They checked all the things and weren’t trying to just rush us out or get ther money. They listened and helped guide me to him getting better. They also had meds on hand and I left with his antibiotic within the half hour. This is my NEW urgent care spot and would recommend anyone and everyone to stop in here for care. Absolutely 10/10! I left feeling so relieved.

I have two boys, we have been to a LOT of urgent cares. Hands down without a doubt, the best experience we’ve ever had at any medical office. From the receptionist, who is a sweetheart, assistant was gentle and explanatory to the physician who was understanding, communicative, thorough and phenomenal with my child/teen who got 4 stitches. We will never go anywhere else. Best experience we’ve ever had. Thank you all!

Missy was wonderful! She had fantastic bedside manner and patient care. The entire office was extremely friendly and helpful as well. Best urgent care I’ve ever used.

Easily made an appointment online. Greeted with Amazing staff! Felt comfortable and welcomed. I was in and out!

It took awhile to get in the back but once I was the care and concerns of what I was dealing with was fantastic they went above and beyond friendly made sure I was taking care of well I would definitely recommend it
