Gateway Urgent Care - Higley

Made an appointment. The office was clean and efficient. The front desk was extremely friendly. Very welcoming. There was a very short wait and the staff were extremely friendly. The doctor was kind and helpful. There is nothing worse than going in to an office feeling terrible and leaving feeling like you wasted your time. This was not the case. I was glad I went. My prescriptions were called in and then there was a holdup on one at pharmacy and when I called the clinic the kind woman at the front desk told me she would take care of it and get it sorted. And she did. Thank you. I would recommended this clinic and would definitely go again.

The best Urgent Care in the east valley. They are very kind and professional. From the front desk to the assistant to the Dr/PA, the best experience you can have while under the weather. Highly recommend!

I would like to share some feedback about our recent visit. Overall, we had a positive experience with many of the staff members, but I also wanted to note an area for improvement. First, I want to commend your front desk team. They were extremely professional, courteous, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. In addition, the staff member who checked my daughter’s weight, blood pressure, and temperature was equally professional and provided excellent customer service. However, I did want to bring to your attention our experience with the nurse practitioner who attended to us. Unfortunately, she entered the room without knocking, which felt a bit abrupt. This place is seriously the best urgent care I’ve ever been to. The staff is always so sweet and attentive, efficient and kind. I can’t believe how amazing the whole experience is. I just want to say thank you to everyone who works there. You guys are all so great!

I LOVE this place. Nobody likes going to urgent care but they made it so pleasant. Everyone is so nice, my dr. I believe her name was dr ackler was so amazing and made me feel so much better about what I was going through. 10/10 place to go.
