Customer Service is 10/10. They went above and beyond to get me my script before leaving town. I was at CVS prior and this was the smartest move I made. Gateway North is top notch.

Sad to say . I have been depending on your auto fill. We have, my husband and I, medication in 4 places. 2 vacation houses, home, suitcase. I depended on Gateway North to do auto fill as they asked and I said Yes. Wait for their text that my meds are ready. So I and my husband are on Eliquis. He 2.5 bid . I 5 bid. Well yesterday I was out and my husband short. So I called this am they DID NOT FILL MY 5 mg September and missed June or July he said. I ordered October now and probably would not have ordered October. So what it comes down to is . I have to take only 1 5 mg daily instead of 2 to pay back my husband, for my abnormal heart beat. My husband has blood clots. They Don’t have a good system. Now the Patient suffers

I have always had stellar service at Gateway Pharmacy. Polite staff, pharmacists explanations of the medicine and directions, and general helpfulness.

I recently discovered that Gateway Compounding Pharmacy has been charging me three times more than what Sanford Compounding Pharmacy charges for the exact same compounded medication. When I questioned the discrepancy, Gateway tried to justify the price difference by saying they couldn’t confirm Sanford’s ingredients. As if that excuses a 300% markup for a standard compound formula! Most people don’t price check compounded meds because they trust their pharmacy. Gateway took advantage of that trust. If you’re paying out of pocket, call around before you fill anything here. Or better yet, take your business somewhere that doesn’t exploit patients through inflated pricing and weak excuses.
