From moment I walked into the office, during the visit to the end of my appointment everyone was very thorough with every detail. This was my first visit and was very comfortable with going to a dental office. Everyone made me feel relaxed and explained what they were going to do. I was very impressed with the professionalism and the updated equipment. I’ve been going to dentist a twice a year for many, many years and learned more things with this visit than any of my previous dentists. I’d highly recommend this office.

I have been going to Gateway Family Dentistry since 2018 and have always received excellent care, in depth explanations. Dr Gailey has always tried everything he can to help me with my TMJ issues over the years and has provided the only treatment device that works for me. I will continue to go to this office. Girls up front are always nice too.

This is by far the best dental team I’ve ever experienced. The front office staff is welcoming and cheerful, and the dental assistants make you feel comfortable and cared for. The dentists are very knowledgeable, patient, and take the time to thoroughly explain treatment plans and answer all questions. They provide clear, detailed recommendations. I needed to get two fillings replaced and a new retainer. The whole visit Dr. Madalena and Ray helped me feel comfortable, safe and in great hands. We shared laughs and the time went by fast. I appreciate their care and how personable they are. I would recommend this dentist office for any in the Chandler and Mesa area.

Everything done on my teeth was wonderful, Dr Gailey made sure everything fit well. The staff are very nice and friendly. Highly recommend it to anyone who needs dental work.
