The staff and the doctor at this office are truly exceptional. Every interaction I had was met. Everyone was kind, professional, and caring. I was seen by Dr.Carrion highly knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to my concerns. However, I could not give 5 stars due to the Constant having to Reschedule my follow-up. It has happen several times now were I’ve called to have the latest appointment. My appointment have been scheduled with APRN but it’s always something. Either she is not in the office , she is sick , or she left for the day. Left for the day ? But I thought the last patient was seen at 4:30pm ? Well apparently not with her. The last time I was rescheduled she was gone for the day once again. But luckily I was able to receive my results by Dr.Carrion. Not professional in her

The Doctor seems good but the office staff is terrible! One of the worst experience ever trying to reschedule. Their voice mail system is pretty bad, the options are not proper, but regardless what you dial, they hardly ever answer, you'll have to wait a very long time, sometimes over half an hour for someone to answer, to be told that you'll be transferred and continue holding. If you leave a message they won't call you back. I'm looking for another doctor cause it is impossible to deal with this office.

I had a great experience at this office. From the moment I arrived, the office staff provided a warm greeting. Dr Carrion is excellent doctor and nurse practitioner Jillian is also great. Thank you !

Unfortunately there are no zero stars, otherwise, its would be my rating for this disaster of a clinic. Double procedure done on the 24th of October with an appointment to retrieve results on the 7th of November, only to have them cancel my appointment the day of, a few hours before. Took the day off work and couldn’t get my results. They’re only interested in getting people in to do the procedures, to collect the money, but don’t worry about taking care of the patient afterwards. My sister also had a double procedure done with them, and is very dissatisfied with her doctor as he doesn’t explain the findings fully. She asked to change the doctor and was told they could not do that. They don’t allow you to get a second opinion. Find yourself an independent Gastroenterologist, is my advice.

She got my stomach issues taken care of😄. Office personnel are not rude and take time to answer all questions regarding testing or other concerns. The doctor explains the testing results where you can understand them. The atmosphere in the office is positive and friendly.
