I was finally able to get through to somebody after a day and a half. I finally spoke to Louda had to press the button for appointment and she helped me out. She was a great help. I’m giving her a five star because she was the only one that was available. The only problem is your customer service to call for anything. No one picks up that needs to be acknowledged.

Ive been trying to get in contact with this office for four days with no success. Every call gets routed to a call center where communication is extremely difficult due to language barriers, and the staff is consistently unhelpful and rude. Calls are frequently dropped, and each transfer takes an excessive amount of time—just booking an appointment feels like a full-day task. I’ve decided to leave because of this ongoing issue, and I’ve spoken with several others who’ve done the same. This level of service is unacceptable and needs serious improvement.

Love coming to this office everyone always have a smile on and always willing to help. My PA was amazing, very thorough, she took her time to explain my condition with me and and was willing to answer any question. Overall 💯 greatness on all counts plus they are bilingual as well.

This was the worst experience. I took a day off from work to take my mom who hasn’t been eating and was in a rehab. They let me sit with my mom in a wheelchair in the waiting room then the doctor leaves. Then they proceed to tell me that the referral didn’t come through and that “they did their part”. Why wouldn’t they tell me this while we were waiting? I called the rehab and they told me they had been trying to fax the referral to them but got a busy signal. My point is I watch the doctor leave and then they tell me they didn’t get the referral and it’s too late because the doctor already left. My mom is very ill at age 85 and not eating for some time now. This appointment was for a consultation for a feeding tube and now we have to start all over again. Complete disregard for the patie
