I am extremely disappointed with this clinic, and especially with the way their phone receptionist treats patients. Every time I’ve called, I’ve been met with rudeness, a dismissive attitude, and absolutely no willingness to help. The receptionist speaks with an insulting, condescending tone, as if patients are inconveniences instead of people seeking care. It’s frustrating because the clinical staff inside may be fine, but the experience is overshadowed by a receptionist who clearly lacks basic courtesy and customer service skills. If a clinic allows its front desk to treat patients this way, it raises serious concerns about how much they value the people who come to them for care.

Still waiting after 30 minutes. Very hard to reach a live person if questions. Make sure have all questions answered before leaving office. Long time patient. UNFORTUNATELY no choice to switch to another GI.

I rarely leave reviews, but the experience I had with this clinic’s phone operator was so unprofessional that it deserves to be addressed. The receptionist who answered the phone was extremely rude, condescending, and had an outright insulting tone. Instead of helping, she kept pretending she “couldn’t hear me,” repeatedly put me on unnecessary holds, and spoke in a way that felt intentionally provoking. This wasn’t a misunderstanding or a bad day—her attitude was clearly dismissive and hostile. It made it impossible to resolve a simple question about my visit. No patient should ever be treated this disrespectfully, especially when calling about an issue the clinic itself created. Bad experience, I paid a "specialist" rate for nothing. Dr barely talked to me, didn't explain anything, almost just wanted me out. Seemed more like a quick insurance scam than doctors visit. Prescription was given to me different from what doctor stated he was going to do. I can't even find an email to ask for a refund or contact management..

Dr Raos was one of the worst doctors I have ever seen. She was rude, unprofessional and just plan nasty and condescending. I left there feeling just shocked …I had scheduled a procedure before I left doubting it the whole time when I got home I cancelled it. Maybe she was having a bad day I don’t know I was a first time patient and have never made to feel the way I felt when I left there.
