Received an unrecognized phone call, so did not pick up. No message left. Same number calls me 5 days later to cancel a one-month follow up appointment, to reschedule out another 3 weeks. I ask if they have an office closer to where I am and person says no we don't have an office there. I've been in pain since March so having a closer follow up was important to me,. Nobody leaves a message to reschedule and now lies about office locations and now I wait another 3 weeks? Dr's are great. Initial office greeter/personnel, are great, but clearly incompetent uneducated and lazy making phone calls.

Worst Experience; my family member was referred by our pcp previously for a colonoscopy a few years ago; It went fine . Recently my family member was experiencing GI issue( abdominal pain, bloating, heart burn etc). We went to Dr. Castillo and was sent for numerous tests; they called to send for additional tests( blood, x-ray; ultrasound). No one called us to discuss the results. Meanwhile family member continues to have pain. We had to call for the results; spoke to the nurse (Bertha) . She told us the doctor’s recommendation with annoyance. Seemed annoyed that we called. Said do not expect calls from the doctors; only the nurse will call. We would not have received this message if We didn’t call. We would have been waiting for another 3 weeks or more. My doctor also referred me t

Stay away. Any quality doctors in this place is offset but the horrible receptionists. Bad attitudes. Outright lying. You've been warned.
