Dr. Atkinson and team are friendly, listened to my concerns, clearly explained a plan to alleviate my medical conditions. They never made me feel "silly" for asking questions or minimized my fears. David the PA, listens to the patient and gathers the information. I really appreciate his patience and his willingness to hear you out. After 6 months of dealing with this issue I was having, I feel like he listened and finally got relief of the pain I was having and some answers!

The NP Racheal , recommended labs because of the Medication I was on to check my Vitamin levels. She provided an order that labs could be drawn at my next visit with my PCP in March so I wouldn’t. Racheal reviewed my previous labs and ask how my bowel regimen was working. I know all this was what she’s supposed to do, but I really felt she cared for my well being.

Dr. O’Toole and his staff were calm, friendly, and never rushed. My visit felt comfortable, and everything was explained clearly. I also had a prior colonoscopy with this team, and it went smoothly — I felt safe and well cared for.

We are blessed to have Gastro Health here on Westside Cincinnati. Our doctor Michel P. Ghastine and his team are excellent. He truly CARES about patients and takes the time to listen. He has successfully treated my wife's colon problems and kept my upper and lower digestive systems problem free.
