Gastro Health - Oakwater Downtown

This is the absolute worst Clinic I have ever been to. I have never needed to make a review about any of these outpatient centers, but unfortunately, I have never been treated so horribly by any staff in my entire life, and when the “nurse” came in the room and I had to ask her who she was, she didn’t ask me a single question or introduce herself, they didn’t even take any vitals. Then stated for me to get into a gowned without asking me a single question or telling me why. I have never experienced unprofessionalism like this in the medical field and have genuinely lost my confidence and will never return to this clinic. Please, if you have an issue you need taken seriously I cannot urge you enough DO NOT GO HERE.

Have been going to this office for many years. Staff is always attentive, kind, and friendly. Dr. Aggarwal is awesome and I wouldn't see anyone else.

Understanding the patient and talking to them about issues and concerns. The best thing I feel a Doctor can do. I highly recommend this office.

The staff is always very nice and professional. Helpful and attentive. Dr.Bhaskar has always been nice to me, and explains my situation so I understand, or in layman's terms with charts.

Very disappointed in the office staff. Coordination of procedures is subpar. I received written instructions to go to a surgical center, but the morning of, I received a text instructing me to go to their regular office. Of course, their office doesn’t open until the time of the appointment. Therefore, after fasting and prepping the night before, I had the added stress of having no clue what to do. This will likely be my first and last time using their practice.
