Gastro Health - North Broward

This was supposed to be my husband’s first appointment obviously you don’t come to the GI doctor because you’re feeling well he had an appointment at 9:30 we arrived at 9:32 and was told we had to be rescheduled because you must arrive at 9:00 am not 9:30. I’ve been on the medical field awhile and even the worst of facilities have a 15 minute grace period, again seeing how this person may actually need help since they’re not coming for a routine physical. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this healthcare office. There was no understanding or willingness to help. In a healthcare setting, you expect at least a basic level of compassion and empathy , especially when someone is there seeking medical care. Dr. Schneider has been my doctor for about 20 years. He took care of my Mom while she was still with us and agong, is thorough, and does not over alarm or frighten his patients. He is caring, professional, ad humorous. No one better! Nikki his assistant is on the ball, professional and responds to phone calls very quickly. No where else would I go. I had a very positive experience with the front desk representative Rosie at Gastro Health. She was polite, patient, and professional from the moment I arrived. Check-in was smooth, my questions were answered clearly, and I felt welcomed rather than rushed. It makes a big difference when the first point of contact sets a calm and respectful tone, and she did exactly that. Thank you for making the visit easier!
