I can't tell you how much Dr Rene was at the start to the finish of my colonoscopy consult to the actual colonoscopy itself. I was to against doing this because of all the man talk about what's involved that I was to embarrassed to do it so I was going off of what my blood work would tell me when it was time. I'm 57 years old man and my wife begged me to go. We got an recommendation from my wife's surgeon that took her gallbladder out Dr Massey in Wellington which is also awesome. To go to Dr C. Lost a new client soley because of who answers their phone. I would recommend they hire someone who customer sevice skills. Clearly she hates her job and it comes across in her attitude and tone. We will find another GI that has more professional staff.
