Gastro Health - Lake Nona

I came in on October 22, 2025, yesterday, at 4:30. I believe that's your closing time, and I felt genuinely unwelcome by the front office staff—both of them. The person sitting at the front and the one in the back both gave me attitude and made faces. I understand they wanted to go home, but when you are sitting at the front desk, you are representing the company. Customer service should be a priority. The nurse who told me to come in for a check-up was, however, very professional, kind, and helpful.

I felt cared for and comfortable to ask questions about my health. The NP was caring and thoughtful. I feel like I am in good hands. We drive a hour to go to this practice and it is worth it. I am from a small town and I just wasn't feeling secure with the care I was receiving. Thank you.

Dr. Bhaskar and staff were amazing and made me feel at ease and confortable. Truly professionals!

Very nice and caring. I have seen tgis doctor before. His NP was very nice and so was his medical assistant.

Wait was over an hour in a crowded tiny, stuffy room with no available seats. Doc was unprepared—asked me if I brought printouts of my test results (which thankfully I did). In discussing treatment, I believe he initially got me mixed up with someone who had a more severe problem. At the end of the 10 minute visit, we arrived at common sense options. Total waste of time.
