My experience with this Office to date has been a pleasant experience. The Office Team is friendly, organized, expedient & knowledgeable. The Doctor has always been very attentive, answers questions & very knowledgeable. Overall, for someone who arrived to my 1st visit neverous & a bit scared, the Office's overall vibe calmed me immediately as they are very calm, professional & organized. The Doctor & his team work together seamlessly & by the time my appointment was done I left with all my questions answered & my Colonoscopy schedule with all necessary information on how to proceed leading up toy appointment.

Be very careful with this service. They did not follow my insurance’s full-coverage diagnostic facility guidelines and instead sent me to a facility that required a copay. I confirmed coverage with my insurance, yet the issue has remained unresolved for more than three months with no response or solution. I am extremely tired of their service. My first meeting and I like him. Knowledgeable and told me things no other doctors did.

Dr Sheikh is more concerned with his phone and his attitude is horrible. A know it all who claimed to be able to do what others haven’t. Big talker!

Dr. Sohail is an excellent, professional, and caring physician. Unfortunately, the office staff is extremely unhelpful. I have been waiting over 10 days for them to send a document to my insurance so my medication can be approved. I have called multiple times, and they only tell me to leave a voicemail without ever providing a solution. They keep passing me from one person to another, and nothing gets done. The lack of organization and follow-up from the staff seriously impacts patient care and delays important treatments.
