This place feels like it's illegally operating. This place literally LOST my sample taken from my own body after the procedure. I can't imagine something more absurd. The reviews here are very true, the nurses seem like they couldn't care less as if you're in a factory. Everyone is in one room on beds like a temporary hospital setup in a war zone. The Dr actually laughed when telling me they lost my sample. Everyone feels so unprofessional, I've had more courtesy and bedside manner at a free clinic. Pick anything else, it is frightening to go here. If you have even a shred of health anxiety, this place will amplify it beyond belief. Emily Bittner, APRN, is very caring and listens well. She asks good questions and is very thorough, thinking of many possibilities I might not have thought of yet. She ordered lab work to rule out other possibilities. Dolores is a caring M.A. who took time to make me feel welcome. I am happy to recommend this practice.

This was my first experience with assembly line medical care. The waiting room of about 50 chairs was completely full. I was asked to dress and leave within minutes of waking up from anesthesia, before I could stand on my own. From being taken back, with full anesthesia and colonoscopy, dressed and back into my car, was less than 45 minutes. I don't feel this could ever have been a thorough or even a safe examination. Now dealing with outsourced billing department in a different country, when my insurance has already paid. There is no hope to speak to someone in the United States for billing issues, and if you want an itemized bill so you can understand why they think you still owe them money, they cannot email you, only their internal team, who you cannot speak with, can email you, but it

Firstly, the lead up to the procedure was terrible. I called to make sure that the procedure would be in network and I asked about the billing code. I was transferred to 6 different people. All of which told me that they couldnt give me an answer, OR would give me contradicting answers, and id have to wait till I was billed. Then I was called and told the correct answer a few days later. No organization. I asked about pricing for the procedure and was told roughly 500 for the procedure and 500 for anesthesia. That was a blatant lie. They want you to pay $250 up front then another $250 on the back end. I've recieved a bill for $60, $900, and $300 after paying the $250 up front.
