The Staff is very good and they go over and above for you. The Doctors listen and put a plan in place to help you with your problem. From the beginning starting with setting up an appointment to the visit with the Doctor everything was professional. I feel like I am in the best place I could be for my issues.

My name is Carol Horn Dr Riechheld was and is the most incredible doctor that I have had in my lifetime. For him I would give a thousand stars. Unfortunately after many years of annual visits and test- I ended up in a situation with the nurse practitioner Robin that treated me was not open to my comments or questions. I feel that due to the fact that I was an older exhausted trauma survivor that Robin didn't have an understanding. That I was capable of knowing whether or not I was constipated. Therefore I was continually given many different types of laxatives for months that felt like a lifetime Fortunately when I made an appointment with Dr Riechheld he realized the problem was and that was wonderful. Unfortunately when I went back to Robin I was told I was constipated all of the

Procedure went great, staff was very nice. Only issue was I never got a reminder text message the day before the procedure letting me know of what could and couldn’t be eaten in those final 24hrs. Luckily my mom had a colonoscopy a couple weeks prior so I already knew about the restrictions and called in to get the info from the receptionist.

The staff at Gastro Health goes above and beyond to make their patients feel comfortable. They are so attentive and such positive attitudes. They are exceptional!

PA discussed that Ranitidine is back but requires a new Prescription. Maybe when it is fully vetted<SP> I can get the new prescription. The old version was hard to get for FDA stopped it even though it was 100% safe. As of November 2025 it is back to help people with GERD, acid reflux, colon problems etc to get real help with the new H2 inhibitor vs PPI. KB1UKU
